FOOD:
On the Blue Line you will enjoy fresh, local food (fish, seafood, fruits and vegetables) from the chef's hand, with delicious dishes made with love for you to savor while you are on board. You can enjoy exquisite breakfasts, snacks, soft drinks and beers, wine for main meals and local rum (alcoholic drinks in moderation, always respecting the environment and the place where we are), in addition to the main meals.

The Crew
Pablo is a fearless captain, 36 years old and a native of Palma de Mallorca, Spain. He speaks Spanish, English, and some Italian. With over 12 years of experience on boats and more than 5 years leading charters in Spain and Panama, he brings a deep passion for the sea. With Pablo, you'll explore the hidden gems of San Blas and experience the adventure of sailing on a sailboat.
Silvia, from the Canary Islands, Spain, has the sea in her soul. She speaks Spanish and some English. A skilled nutritionist and exceptional cook, she loves working with fresh, local ingredients. With over 5 years of kitchen experience, including 3 as a chef on boats, she is also an experienced sailor and an excellent host.

Captain Pablo and Silvia were a dream come true. Pablo is an intrepid sailor and Silvia is a fantastic cook. We spent 5 days and 4 nights in their company. They are beautiful people, sincere, honest, and they are friends of the Kuna people and the other Captains and Cooks sailing in San Blas. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Captain Pablo knows the islands well and found a secret island to enjoy amazing snorkeling. Silvia manages the kitchen and produces amazing tasty food using local produce. We ate like Kings!

We had the opportunity to spend 3 nights on the Blue Line sailboat with Captain Pau and Silvia. They are a Spanish couple who also speak English. The boat is fantastic, well maintained and they were both always available to make our experience unique. Great people, great boat, great conversation, and great food (Silvia made delicious dishes every day!). It was the first time my wife and I had the opportunity to sail and they made it a great experience giving us the pleasure of doing it again. San Blas is huge with different islands to visit. We recommend spending 3/4 nights to have a complete experience. I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to visit San Blas.
