THE BOAT:
Maia is a 45 ft. X Yacht. This Norwegian X 452 model was made in 1990 and is considered the Ferrari of the Seas! It's fast and made to sail like a champ, even in the harshest conditions. As is common in Nordic design, beauty is not sacrificed for comfort. This vessel has a beautiful wooden interior; you'll feel at home. The comfortable salon and cockpit make this boat a top choice for a sailing trip.

CABINS:
Maia has four cabins. Three have double beds, and one has two single bunk beds. They can accommodate up to six guests plus crew.
FOOD:
Cota is a superb chef. Her artistic side comes out in the kitchen, where she's inspired to prepare delicious meals with freshly caught fish, veggies, and local fruits.

The crew speaks Spanish, Portuguese, and English.

The Crew
Brazilian Captain Gabriel knows San Blas like the back of his hand and will take you on unforgettable sailing, fishing, and snorkeling adventures. He also loves to play the guitar, so make sure to ask him to bring it out after a nice evening meal. His first mate and partner, Cota, is a wonderful hostess. She's very artistic and very creative. The third mate is their adorable 2-year-old daughter, Maia. Maia was born on the water, so she is a great sailor. She loves to take dinghy rides with her dad and take walks on the island to play with island pups and local guna kids.

It was an amazing 3 days so much Local, San Blas, as for the excellent experience provided by Gabi and Cota! We did actually sail, snorkeling, surfing, and eating great!!!! Hospitality, generosity in Sharing information and knowledge was awesome!!!

We had a wonderful few days on board the Odara in San Blas, Gaby was super attentive, took us to see some islands and made wonderful meals, he's a great cook! The sailboat is super cozy and the days on board were amazing!
