Sonia, Chef on board is from France. She has 6 years of experience working as a chef & hostess on boats.
She creates flavorful dishes inspired by world cuisine using fresh local ingredients.
Her positive energy and warm smile will make you feel at home on board.

Wow, what an incredible experience. VVV is the most beautiful, elegant, and well-equipped boat I have ever stayed on! Pabon and the team were very attentive from start to finish. We did everything on our wish list and more! Sensational cocktails, a magnificent lobster barbecue at sunset on the beach, snorkeling at a new destination every day! Sleeping is literally a dream on those mattresses. We stayed on deck every night looking at the stars, but you could easily relax in the spacious cabins for hours. Six old friends on this beautiful catamaran was definitely an unforgettable experience.
