She loves the sea with respect, and believes that happiness is found in life's simplicity. On board, she prepares creative international cuisine, highlighting the freshest Caribbean ingredients.

The experience has been incredible. The location was spectacular, but the service, the excursions, the diving spots that Ayres took us to, and the food were even better. Paradise islands, spots where it was just us, a boat with all the comforts.
